Quality, regulatory compliance, safety and environmental care are integral parts of Rubia’s corporate values.
Since its establishment, Rubia has integrated quality throughout its operations. The company’s entire business philosophy, whether it be production of soap, cosmetics or confectionery, is based on achieving consistent world-class levels of quality.
Recognition of this quality was first achieved in 1994, when Rubia became one of the first manufacturers in Thailand to achieve the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certificate from the Thai government’s Food & Drug Administration.
With a strong background of quality management, Rubia was able to implement ISO 9002 quality system in 1997. Certification was achieved within the target implementation period of 18 months from the British accreditation organization, Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) in October 1998 and was renew to comply with ISO 9001:2000 system in October 2002.
Rubia does not stop at ISO 9001:2000 but is, rather, a continuous pursuit. Rubia is working toward ISO 18000 and ISO 14000.
