The confectionery production process is fully automated from initial premixing of ingredients through cooking, forming, wrapping of individual candies and packing of the finished product. Hygiene and quality is particularly important with food products and these aspects are integrated into each step of the production process as well as being installed in the employees. The plant’s production process, as well as its hygiene, health and safety measures satisfy stringent international regulations, legislation of the government as well as the procedures governed by ISO 9001 (2000).
